Hudson West Kitchen + Craft Bar, located in the iconic VIA 57 WEST, is a neighborhood restaurant that serves up an eclectic variety of flavors in a warm environment. The latest concept from the Livanos Family, Hudson West invites you to relax and savor your dining experience in your second home. Executive Chef Vasiliki Vourliotaki’s globally-influenced menu has something for everyone to enjoy. Our 30+ seat craft cocktail bar is the perfect place to unwind or celebrate with your beverage of choice. We are excited to invite you in!

From the same team that brings you Molyvos and Oceana in NYC, and Moderne Barn and City Limits in Westchester, Hudson West is a unique and welcome addition to the NYC dining scene. Its homey yet sophisticated ambience welcomes all, for any occasion, to the west side of Manhattan’s up-and-coming residential neighborhood. Both our restaurant and our menus are designed to foster a communal and vivacious dining experience, so you’re never dining alone. Whether you’re grabbing a bite at our large, double-sided bar or sliding into a comfy booth with friends and family for a meal, we’ll make room for you at Hudson West.

Director of Operations Kamal Kouiri, who oversees the wine program, thoughtfully complements Chef Vasiliki’s creations with a list of unique wines from across the globe. Our extensive wine cellar is years in the making and includes limited-quantity labels not found
anywhere else in the city.

Conveniently located on the waterfront, just off the West Side Highway, Hudson West is an urban oasis where friends and family can gather over shared plates, craft beer, and signature cocktails to start begin or end the night. With dishes like Seafood Linguine, Australian Lamb Chops, and Basque Flatbread, lunch or dinner becomes the main attraction in “the city that never sleeps.”
